These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PartyCraft Pro. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. 2. Service Description

PartyCraft Pro specialises in custom event design and handcrafted party experiences throughout the United Kingdom. Our services include, but are not limited to, themed celebrations, custom backdrops, personalised decorative details, balloon artistry, event planning consultation, and bespoke design solutions for various celebration types.

All services are provided subject to availability and are tailored to individual client requirements following consultation. Service specifications, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in separate agreements or proposals provided to clients prior to project commencement.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Certain services may be subject to additional terms, conditions, or requirements that will be communicated to clients during the consultation process.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the consultation and planning process. This includes, but is not limited to, event details, venue information, access requirements, theme preferences, colour specifications, and any special considerations or restrictions.

Clients must ensure that venue access is available at agreed times for setup and teardown. Any delays or restrictions imposed by venues or third parties that affect our ability to deliver services are not the responsibility of PartyCraft Pro. Clients should obtain all necessary permissions from venue owners or managers prior to our arrival.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving design proposals, material selections, and final plans before production begins. Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments. Timely communication and response to our enquiries are essential for successful project completion.

4. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of required deposit or payment as specified in individual proposals or agreements. Booking dates are reserved exclusively for confirmed clients and will not be held without appropriate commitment.

We recommend booking services well in advance, particularly for peak celebration seasons, as our availability may be limited. Rush projects may be accommodated subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees to cover expedited production and scheduling adjustments.

Booking confirmations will be provided in writing via email. Clients should retain all booking correspondence for their records. Any changes to booking dates, times, or service requirements must be communicated promptly and may be subject to availability and adjustment fees.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on service type and booking timeline. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals. Generally, cancellations made well in advance of the event date may be eligible for partial refunds, minus administrative fees and costs already incurred.

Cancellations made within a specified period before the event date may result in forfeiture of deposits and payments made, as production costs, material purchases, and reserved time slots cannot be recovered. We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur, and we strive to work with clients when possible, but cancellation policies exist to protect the business from losses.

No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or materials already produced. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, may affect our ability to provide services and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual proposals and agreements. Typically, a deposit is required to secure booking, with remaining balance due prior to or on the event date as specified. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated during the booking process.

Failure to make payments according to agreed terms may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of deposits. We reserve the right to withhold services or remove installed decorations if payment obligations are not met. Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts.

All amounts are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, VAT, or other governmental charges related to services provided.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, concepts, sketches, photographs, and creative materials produced by PartyCraft Pro remain the intellectual property of PartyCraft Pro unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use event designs for their specific booked event only.

We retain the right to photograph and document events for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless clients specifically request otherwise in writing prior to the event. Images and descriptions of our work may be featured on our website, social media platforms, promotional materials, and in discussions with prospective clients.

Clients may not reproduce, copy, or recreate our designs for commercial purposes or for additional events without obtaining express written permission. Our creative concepts represent significant investment of time, skill, and artistic development, and unauthorised reproduction undermines our business.

8. Limitation of Liability

PartyCraft Pro will make every reasonable effort to deliver services as described and agreed. However, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, weather conditions, third-party vendor failures, or force majeure events that prevent or impair service delivery.

Our maximum liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific services in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, emotional distress, or other intangible losses.

Clients acknowledge that decorative installations involve some degree of inherent risk. While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from client or guest interaction with decorations, particularly when such interaction involves misuse or disregard for safety guidelines provided.

9. Damage and Loss

Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of PartyCraft Pro property, materials, or installations during the event period. This includes decorative elements, structural components, rental items, and any other materials provided as part of our services.

Clients should ensure that appropriate supervision is maintained to prevent damage to installations. Particular care should be taken with delicate elements such as balloon installations, floral arrangements, and paper decorations. Children should be supervised to prevent accidental damage.

Charges for damaged or lost items will be assessed based on replacement cost plus reasonable administrative fees. Clients will be invoiced for such charges promptly following the event, and payment is expected within the specified period.

10. Venue Coordination

While we strive to coordinate effectively with venues, clients are ultimately responsible for ensuring that venue policies, restrictions, and requirements are communicated to us prior to the event. This includes information about access times, loading areas, installation restrictions, fire safety regulations, and any prohibited materials or techniques.

PartyCraft Pro is not responsible for venue-imposed fees, restrictions, or requirements that were not disclosed during the planning process. Additional costs incurred due to undisclosed venue requirements will be passed to clients.

We recommend that clients provide us with direct venue contact information to facilitate coordination. However, the contractual relationship regarding venue hire remains between the client and the venue, not between PartyCraft Pro and the venue.

11. Third-Party Services

PartyCraft Pro may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, or entertainment providers. However, we are not responsible for the performance, quality, or reliability of third-party services. Clients enter into separate agreements with such vendors at their own discretion.

Any disputes or issues with third-party vendors must be resolved directly between the client and the vendor in question. We will make reasonable efforts to facilitate communication but cannot be held liable for third-party failures or deficiencies.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be read in conjunction with these Terms of Service. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We take data protection seriously and comply with applicable United Kingdom data protection legislation. Client information is used solely for the purposes of providing services, maintaining business records, and improving our offerings.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from these terms or our services, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and discussion. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication and reasonable compromise.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, parties agree to pursue mediation before resorting to litigation. Mediation provides a cost-effective and efficient means of resolving disputes with the assistance of a neutral third party.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any legal proceedings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Amendments and Updates

PartyCraft Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Significant changes may be communicated to clients via email when practical.

Continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage clients to review these terms periodically to remain informed of current policies and requirements.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
